Originally a standard bakery, they have adapted all of their recipes to be gluten-free. All of their products taste as good as the regular ones, including breads, cakes and cookies, and in some cases taste even better! And they ship all over the country for selected items. I think they have plans to open a restaurant there as well. And they go to Celiac meetings all over the Northeast and into the Midwest.
