This is a small family business that is totally gluten free. The products include bread, cakes, biscuits, meals, pies, pizza, anything as long as it is gluten free. 20 minutes south of hobart.

This place was a God send when I was first diagnosed as having Coeliac disease. The delivery service made everything a lot easier and their food is delicious and reasonably priced. I love their quiches and caramel tartlets. Only down side is that their actual shop doesn't have EFTPOS (or at least didn't last time I was there) so take some cash with you.
