Vietnamese restaurant in downtown Moncton. They are very knowledgeable about gluten-free issues and nearly the whole menu has been made gluten-free (everything except the wonton soup, I believe). Inexpensive.

This restaurant's menu has pages and pages of naturally gluten-free food. I know that they worked together with a lady with Celiac's to develop their menu as my sister and I sat at the table next to her one day. This is our family's favourite restaurant in Moncton. The imperial rolls are delicious and one of the few deep-fried things I've eaten since going gluten-free.
