I have had Celiac disease for almost 3 years. When I first found out, I feared that my love for traveling would have to end. However, I didn't let Celiac disease stop me. I have now traveled the world Gluten-Free for both business and pleasure and found that the internet was the best resource for gluten-free information but it was scattered around many different websites, forums, and blogs.

My goal for this website is to bring together the global gluten-free community and have a single resource with collections of products, restaurants, resorts, food stores, etc... around the world with reviews in an easy to use website. I have taken photos and notes of most of the places I ate and bought gluten-free food from while traveling. I have added them to this site to get us started.
